Plan Your Day is the premier wedding planning resource in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. Starting back in 2016, we quickly gained support from our fellow vendors, the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce, and hundreds of engaged couples and their family and friends.

Leaning on the strength of our team, the 2023 Plan Your Day Wedding Show was our first since the pandemic and an absolute success. With over 200 attendees and more than 30 vendors showcasing their products and services, we knew Thunder Bay was ready for more. 

The Plan Your Day Wedding Show is an educational and sales event with a goal of easing the wedding planning process for couples in Thunder Bay and throughout Northern Ontario.  This year our event will take place on Sunday, March 10th at The CLE Coliseum Building  from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. During this time, vendors will be able to sell their products and services, while exciting presentations and performances are featured on our main stage.  We will wrap up the event with a featured contest to win our coveted Wedding Show Grand Prize.

With the support of community partners, the Wedding Show can continue to be a fun and successful event that so many couples have been waiting for, while supporting our local business community.  The wedding industry in Thunder Bay is dynamic, creative and professional. These businesses bring jobs (full-time to seasonal), student opportunities and a boost to our local business economy, with many couples from nearby towns choosing to hire Thunder Bay wedding vendors.
